Long Shot is a hard look at something that is happening behind closed doors, and even right in front of our faces. They resonate with me in ways no other author has. There is something I see in myself in every one of her characters. They way I feel connected to her stories is almost indescribable- I think she has the best ability to connect us to her characters. Pause at how I view the world and those in it. They give you a glimpse into something that’s so real it’s almost not fiction. Kennedy’s words were written beautifully, with taste and tact.
